We want to make sure your trip with us goes smoothly. Here's everything you need to know about tickets and how to behave while traveling with us:

Always Touch On / Touch Off Your TFI Leap Card:

- When you are hopping onto Luas, don't forget to touch your TFI Leap Card on the Validator at the platform. And when you're getting off, give it another tap on the Luas Validator.
- By following these steps, you ensure your card is valid for travel, saving you from any hassle later on.

In accordance with Luas Byelaws:
- All passengers on board needs a valid Luas ticket. Good news, various options exist, like TFI Leap Cards (including standard ones, Student TFI Leap Cards, and those loaded with Taxsaver Tickets), Luas paper tickets, and even Public Services Cards with Free Travel, as long as they're used correctly.

Impact of not touching  on / off:
- It's crucial to touch on and off with your TFI Leap Card. Forgetting to do so could lead to a Standard Fare Notice (SFN) of €100 if Luas Revenue Protection staff check your card and find it invalid.

TFI Leap Card 90 Minute Fare:

- If you've been on another form of transport before hopping onto Luas and you are using the TFI Leap Card 90 Minute Fare, remember to touch on at the Luas Validator to ensure your ticket is valid.

Where to buy:
- Need to top up your Leap Card? You can do it using the Leap Top-Up App, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, or at any Luas Ticket Machine.
