  7. Ensure high standards of accessibility and disability awareness and assist you if required
  8. Provide you with clean stops and trams by cleaning daily.
  9. Ensure Luas is an environmentally friendly and sustainable tram service
  10. Treat you and all customers equally, accommodating customer diversity.
  11. Advise you of the best value Luas fare if you contact us.
  12. Find and return lost items whenever possible.
  13. Deal with all enquires, complaints, and appeals promptly and impartially.

We have rights too and ask you to:

  1. Have a valid ticket when on board the Luas network.
  2. Respect Luas staff, other passengers, and property.
