If you see anti-social behaviour on board Luas or at a Luas platform, you can report it in three ways.
- Luas Text SMS Service
- Luas App by using the “Report” function.
- Luas WhatsApp messaging service

Luas Text SMS Service
- Text the keyword “LUAS”, along with your report of anti-social behaviour, to 51444.
- It’s important that you use the keyword “LUAS”, as the text number 51444 is a Shared Text Service using “LUAS” means that the text is directed to us.
- You should receive confirmation that your message has been received.
- You will have to pay for any text you send – standard rates apply.

Luas App
- Luas App available for free on the Apple App and Google Play stores.
- Open the App and click ‘Report’ located on the bottom right of the screen. It has a triangle icon with an exclamation above it.
- Add the details of what you see and hear in the box.
- Click ‘Next’ when you’re finished.
- You will then be asked to confirm your location.
- You should then receive confirmation that your message has been received.
- This is a free service.
Luas WhatsApp Messaging Service
- Open WhatsApp on your mobile phone (or download from Apple App and Google Play stores)
- Add Luas 087 055 5715 to your Contacts
- Message “Hi” to start the conversation.
- Follow the prompts and report the incident.
- Type “Menu” at any stage to go back to the main menu.
- You will receive a final confirmation message that your report has been received.
- This is a free service.
